CoS Plot Updates!

((The Group is still closed, as well as submissions and position try-outs.  Sorry!  But that doesn't mean that you can't continue to roleplay with your other fellow members and have fun growing and developing your characters, even if you can't submit your deviations to CoS just yet <3 ))

Hey everyone, Sky here, and I'm excited to announce that the first steps into our new plot have been completed!  Yolly-anda and I have a two-part rp to share that should shed more light on the plot coming our way.  There is also currently a third roleplay in the works as we speak, as well as one or two planned following roleplays that will involve our second admin, InTheDappledRain .  We plan to unveil something new and awesome or terrifying for each one, and as the roleplays are completed I'll be editing this journal to add links.

The city was silent, peaceful with little cats on the streets. Well, it was understandable since most of them had taken shelter already. It was dusk, the sun was currently over the horizon, casting hues of orange and yellow over the landscape, making the building look like they were catching fire. It was frisky though, not really something normal in the city since it normally was boiling hot or humid even at this time of day.
A sandy coloured she-cat emerged from an alleyway, her eyes heavy and her body damaged. She was a mess. She blinked furiously against the dim light, her short tail dragging on the mucked floor, twitching just slightly as she padded, crawled herself forward. She looked weak, tired even.
"Finally.." she murmured, her whiskers uneven and broken. "I finally made it out. I need to hurry.. I need.. help."

Silence. Everything was so quiet, a good sign that morning was now finally upon them. The light streaming through the tiny window proved just that. Even this early, the sun brought so much daylight that it surely was enough to drive any infected cat away, cleaning the streets from every white eyes. They might be getting smarter, but they could never outsmart the sun...
Right?...
Wrong...
The air vent grill was pushed open, a dark silhouette was infiltrating the room, teeth bared, ears low.. no eyes. A low rumbling snarl engulfed the room, destroying the peace and quiet that was once there. Paige immediately sprang up to her paws, her eyes locked on the devil.
“THE HELL?! What is that thing?!”
She hissed, every hair on her frame standing on end. The creature reacted to her voice, spitting and fighting its way outside the tight tunnel of the


On that note, here's what the gangs (and therefore your character if you're still a member) currently know at the moment:

Damian and Paige had their own disappearances, but Paige has come back. She's been making talk about possibly leaving the city, but making a private journey with her new deputy, Erskine, to see what exactly lies beyond.  Both Paige and Erskine continue to refer to themselves as 'temporaries,' as the both of them refuse to give up hope on finding Damian.

Zacharian accepted a cat named Soren into Cahaya and made him his deputy. Later, Zach disappeared.  He will eventually be found dead, but this has NOT occured in-roleplay yet.   For now, Soren has been leading the group in Zach's absence, and when Zacharian's body is found, Soren will be Cahaya's new leader.


Cats are growing hungry! With so many infected roaming the streets, prey has gone scarce. No one's dying of starvation yet, but the food supply could be compared to that of a harsh winter right now. A really harsh winter.

Besides the bad prey-count, the gangs have also suffered with few helping hands to spare. And with the increase in Infected numbers, safety in groups is now more important than ever.
